Equity co-creation

10 to 30% equity stake. Our incentive is the exit, not the billable hour. Our skin in the game is the same as yours.

Long-term partnership

We stay through fundraise, hiring, and scale. No "delivery complete, goodbye." The partnership ends when the venture is independent or you IPO, whichever comes first.
